A little restructuring for tier $20 and $30 (starting April) (Patreon)

Hello, 

following the previous post on the workload each month, I have decided to maintain the $20 and $30 tier but with a few amendments.

- $20 tier will involve a three panel comic (format will be Start, Capture, end)

- $30 tier will involve a six panel comic. The page size is still the same, but the panels will be bigger. So it will be Start, four panels of capture, then End.

Hopefully with less panels I can increase the size and quality too.

There will be no pic sets, because to me it's just an extra addon just to play with ideas. 

This change will be enacted from April 2020. 420 month.
