DWM.exe error (black screen, PC fan going crazy) (Patreon)

Anyone has this problem? Just today it kept happening every 10 minutes while I have Youtube on Chrome on. The graphics card (RTX 3060) usually lights up when in use, suddenly it gets powered off. My audio still plays though. just that there was no output from the GPU. Some reddit users say that it's a PSU problem, others say that it is a driver problem.

This is a problem because I like drawing while listening to video essays on Youtube. Sorry, the drawings might be late (again)
