I hope you all are excited for the weekend! Even in the darkest of times we have to find reasons to smile. Even if you don't like your teeth or how you look in general, or like anything in life, fight to tighten those upper cheek muscles up for a bright big one. 😊 

If you need even more of a pick me up, try smiling with your mouth open, put your arms up in the air like you're about to go down a roller coaster, and jump up and down! 😃🎢 (jumping jacks if that gets you up and out of a funk, keep going!  that might even get you to the gym ;)

This will also help your body jump charge and having you feeling, ready to take on life again! Keep a look out for your posture too. The phrase "I got a lot of weight on my shoulders" isn't a metaphor, it's literally verbatim, energetically. When life beats us down we tend to slouch and hold a lot of the tension and trauma in the upper back/shoulders/neck area. 

Listen to your body! It loves you even when you don't love you. 💕
