I like what they did, Sometimes in war the biggest toughest bad ass who trained all his life, is the first one shot out of the boat when its time to storm normandy. Of course I dont think hes dead but if he was it would be exactly how war is. the guys you think would go out in a blaze of glory go out in a random mission on their 22nd flight to hit a taarget they already tried to hit before

for the record, it was the way the guy wrote the date and probably how gustily he sang the national anthem that gave him away...

I noticed how he wrote the date while editing... I had to check and see if people ever wrote the date like that in the US. That was a clear giveaway.

I would be skeptical of anyone who was too perfect. It would feel rehearsed. The way the kid mumbled the star spangled banner... now thats a true american
