First, I'm Team Tara all the way, always have and always will be. But I agree that what she did with the fake pregnancy and the subsequent miscarriage I did not agree with but I also blame the writers. Also, props to Maggie Siff this season because holy hell she as an actress did a lot this season enduring the different emotions and going head-to-head with Gemma and we have more to watch for 5 more episodes! You guys need to watch her interview on Reaper Reviews (Theo Rossi's [Juice] and Kim Coates' [Tig] podcast) sometime here on Patreon. Or you can listen to it for free on most podcast platforms. The interview came out on 2/15/22 and is really good. When Jax asked Tara if she regrets coming back, this is reminiscent to when he asked her the same question in season 5. Also, when he said he wished Tara came back 5 years sooner or 5 years later, my interpretation of it is if she came back 5 years sooner things may have turned out better for both of them before he got too invested into the club; that if she was there, he may have leaned towards living a life with her instead of the club. If Tara came back 5 years later, Jax would have been in power and was able to make the changes for the club and the hard times would be over; or he would’ve been too far gone and Tara may not want to be with him. Just my take. Nikki, you mentioned Jax's cheating still bothers you well, girl, I feel the same way! I still feel he cheated on me too! Lol About Unser, this is the season I started to not like him. He abandoned my girl Tara in her time of need. She probably deserved it but what he said to her about her doing something so wrong that she thought was right is such BS because he should say the same thing to Gemma and even to himself. He is just a simp to Gemma. Anyway, great reactions as always!

Once again I’m always team Tara. Sorry not sorry ☺️ Unser telling someone that they’re doing something wrong is rich especially since he’s been doing wrong way before we got to see it. I’ll never fault anyone for doing what they gotta do to protect their kids. If I was Tara I would’ve killed them both in their sleep but that’s just me 😂 If I’m trying to live a life with my sons that Jax and Gemma aren’t apart of I’d have to find a way to eliminate them and that’s way worse than faking a miscarriage 😩 Jax is a terrible father and a terrible husband and Gemma is just a terrible ass human being so she had no choice. Unser failed Tara so he need to be quiet 🤣 Anywhoo another Great reaction

While I agree that Gemma wouldn’t punch a pregnant woman in the stomach, I think Tara went down this road because several episodes ago (before she came up with this scheme), Gemma DID punch Tara in the gut. I can’t remember why, they were arguing about something.

I think saddest part here, regarding custody choice. Tara was desperate and she backed EVERYTHING on Wendy being a MOM. Someone whose never been one. Who has addiction history. It takes a long time to get right. And it’s always a battle internally. Tara bet everything on something who wasn’t even solid enough to take it. Be what she needed her to be. Tough cookie, who could ride-die for the goal. And raise two boys. That’s emotionally hard. Under best circumstances. She wasn’t ready. Sad. All of this was like a game in Vegas, where you bet wrong. Put it all out.

In terms of the legal trouble Tara could face from this stunt varies. If she filed a police report or signed an affidavit about what she alleged happen she would face in most jurisdictions a misdemeanor charge of filing a false police report. If she manipulated her medical record and included any false lab reports, tests results and/or false information she would be looking at felony charges that probably would carry a greater penalty to being an accessory to the killing of the nurse. Now I am not saying that in terms of the magnitude of the crime or the amount of jail time necessarily. What I am saying is with supplying Otto with the cross what her intent was could be effectively argue enough to raise reasonable doubt. However with her plan & falsifying medical records intent would be a lot easier to prove. Now what would be far more damaging in relation to the death of the nurse is if a judge would allow the prosecution to present to the jury her plot against Gemma because it would destroy her character. By making what she did to frame Gemma admissible it would establish Tara as a master manipulator which in turn would make a jury more likely to believe she knew what Otto was going to do with the cross. Interestingly enough she would also be more likely to be stripped of her medical license for falsifying medical records than being an accessory to a crime. Lastly even if Patterson were to put Tara on trial and she got off for either or both criminal events in family court her fitness to have custody of her children could be impacted negatively. A judge may not feel the evidence she is providing against Jax is credible. As we have seen repeatedly law enforcement is well aware of SOA's criminal behavior but the lack of evidence makes it impossible to prove it. Therefore if she were to allege things Jax has done without proven criminality it would just be hearsay. In fact even though Jax is a convicted criminal in the eyes of the court him being out of prison means he served his time and paid his dues thus he is reformed in the courts view. Whereas Tara's criminal behavior is a lot newer which could call into question if she has been accountable enough to have learned anything from her actions so in the eyes of the court she may not yet be reformed.

Team Tara all the way!! I started to not liking Gemma after Opie died it is not that she did specifically something wrong about Opie, but the episode where they did expect body from Opie she was full in teenager mood and I was so angry and annoyed but that and from that moment I started to not liking here each episode more and more. 🤷🏻‍♀️ And about Unser oh boy you are so right 🤦🏻 he would do everything for Gemma and he is not the one who should judge Tara he should rather look at himself first and then judge others.

I feel like juice just doesn’t care anymore wether or not he lives or dies like he cares about the club and what not but I just think he has done so many awful things for the club that he has more guilt than he alone can possibly carry so he just stopped caring about his own life. not that he’d take his own life but he wouldn’t care if someone killed him. I feel really bad for juice too because most of the awful things he’s done for jax and the club he can’t speak about so it’s even harder to get past
