Aaron Barlow

Sabine being a jedi is silly retconning, she never was acknowledged to have the force, and the ability to use the force is meant to be innate and not common.

Aaron Barlow

Referred to as Ahsoka's apprentice and Ahsoka says "you should've made a good jedi" Sabine also uses the force to knock the gun hand aside of the droid when she's first attacked, plus she fights with a light sabre against a trained Jedi and largely holds her own which is impossible for a non force user.

She was being trained by Kanan with the Darksaber and was hinted at being force-sensitive in Rebels. Not to mention Filoni wouldn't have had Ezra leaving his lightsaber with her for no reason. He knows what he's doing.

It has also been stated in Star Wars lore that it is very much possible for a non-force user to defeat a Jedi or Sith if they're well-trained. Hence, Mandalorians.

Aaron Barlow

I've never heard that, and it makes no sense, a jedi not only can see things before they happen, they can use the force during combat. A non force user has no chance.

Aaron Barlow

She was trained with the dark sabre because she's Mandalorian. When was it hinted that she's force sensitive?

As good a director as he is, he's hardly the last word on canon. This article is good https://www.inverse.com/entertainment/ahsoka-jedi-rules-force-sensitivity-chosen-one
