I was so bored watching this in theaters when it came out, I think most of my time was spent trying to figure out what uh, year(?), the setting of the movie took place in, BUT, it does have some really awesome scenes, 2 of which really got me lol. I dunno why the setting had my attention more then the overall film, made me think of Napoleon Dynamite, WHEN did this take place???? lol. It is fun though in subsequent rewatches, noting things in the background that I didn't notice before. I wish I could have enjoyed it as much as my friends who raved about it, but, its an ok movie.

He definitely passed it on to a prostitute who would then immediately pass it off to another person who probably has sex with prostitutes often. But yeah the point is that you never really know when it will come back to you. It's probably a metaphor for trauma and how it never really leaves you and you always fear it coming back.
