Yeah people forget that moment was in slow motion so it does make Edward look bad but I don't think he could have helped Steapa.

Yet another brilliant episode in the continuation of TLK. Netflix released a BTS video for the making of this episode, showing how they did the horse scene. It was pretty great with the use of animatronics and CGI

Anyone fine the audio poor of the plug-in recording? Onehub link much clearer

This is the 3rd time I've watched TLK and it is still so engaging! I'm catching so much I missed before. IMHO this is one of those rare series that just gets better & better, even on rewatch.

I rem being like HOLY FLACK. Death count huge. Father Beocca just died, and now Stepea, Cnut, and AthelDickhead has an open brain in a world without Neurosurgeons. And full-scale battle in ep 4. Crazy! Binged the whole season in a day!

Ps Otto Hightower! That’s who he seems like now that I’ve seen HOTD!

The entire scene with Finan's prayer before the battle is so well done. One of my favorite moments in TLK. Love the reactions, love hearing your thoughts right after each episode.

I love this episode because almost everyone has a badass moment during the fighting.

"I'm not bald and I'm certainly not little!" 🤣 Such sass! Beocca would be proud 🥰

Steapa’s death was one of the worst things the show did, not because it happened, but because of the execution of it. I’m not even talking about the slow no that confused people. He had like two lines the whole season and even though he’s a mostly quiet guy he had a lot of good stuff his first two seasons. There were rumors of stuff on set but regardless, the fans were disrespected by that one. Not the directors’s fault. She handled this episode and Beocca’s very well. Killing him without hardly a line this season was horrible and the executives screwed up big time
