I know you have your schedule pretty filled.... However there are a few SHORT Classic Cult Series that you should really try to fit into some of the breaks. Firefly, is a serious cult sci-fi favorite. Just one Season and a Movie. And Spartacus! Only 3 seasons. And great Graphics and Gladiator-esq Fighting. I think you two would enjoy Both. Genuinely. Since they are OLDER shows, Is there ANY chance you will ever watch these?

The guy who plays sihtric in Last kingdom does MMA too. There is a scene in the show where he does one of his jujitsu moves on some dude he was fighting. Like twisting his arm and breaking it while smashing his head. Also Steve, I get the impression that you’re from military. You got the build and a disciplined personality, if that makes sense lol
