Fun Fact - The actor who plays the lead Viking who tries to join the king's army but are really Kjartan's men is the same actor who played Captain Strickland of the Golden Company in season 8 of Game of Thrones. I knew I knew him from somewhere. His name is Marc Rissmann.

BEST EPISODE! Love. Hild! Her story is so rich. And having formation of the group that serves Uhtred. So horrible someone who had been in slavery could sell so someone in slavery. Pacing and editing of this episode was fantastic! Can’t wait for next week! Missing the 2 eps a week ♥️ it’s hard not to want to immediately watch the next one.

This show while some things happen extremely quickly, has a great way of making you feel like you've known a character for a long time (like Clappa, Hild) even if its only been an episode or two. You guys were spot on about Guthred last week!
