Lalo might not have visited Saul/Jimmy and Kim that night had he not seen the cockroach in the storm sewer. When Saul/Jimmy was out in the desert and Kim visited Lalo in lockup, he described Saul/Jimmy as a "cucaracha". Just one more in a long list of circumstances that led to this episode's horrible ending.

For a minute, when Howard showed up at the end, I thought he might commit suicide by jumping off the balcony, and grab Kim and take her with him. Lalo offing Howard is just as bad, as both Jimmy and Kim saw it happen right in front of them. Also, Lalo is now "alone" with them, to umm.... "talk."

This episode made me sick to my stomach, been a long time since I can recall a TV show doing that to me. Without a doubt one of the best of the series to date, but I felt so uncomfortable and maybe for the first time really started to hate Jimmy and Kim.
