The last episode was gory and this one was emotional. It's definitely a different upbringing than in the comics. In the comics, Marc is outside drawing on the sidewalk with chalk and that's when Steven shows up and asked if he can draw with Marc. They're both drawing and later go up into Marc's apartment and play in Marc's room. Marc's dad comes home and ask Marc "Who you talking to?" Marc says his new friend Steven and when Marc looks around his room, no Steven. When Marc is a teenager, his dad admits Marc into a Mental Health Facility due to Marc's multiple personality disorder. When Marc is older, he leaves the facility after his father passed away and blames both his parents for making him stay there against his will. Marc is Jewish and it's weird that there was talk about the show not having Marc as a Jewish person, but he is Jewish in the show after all. Was Marvel keeping it secret for some reason??? In the show, Marc meets Khonshu for the first time in the desert in that cave, but in the comics, Khonshu has always been following Marc ever since Marc was a little boy. Marc is the only one that can see and hear Khonshu. When Marc is an adult and joined the military, he meets with his Sargent for a talk and that's when Khonshu shows up again having a talk with Marc, a second later, Marc finds himself naked in a mine field which gets him discharged. Khonshu been in his life waiting on Marc to find him in the tomb. Like being haunted by a ghost.

Extra - Hungry hungry hippo mentions the Ancestral Plane. The afterlife for the Wakandan people who believe in Bast the black panther goddess. An Egyptian deity which makes me wonder if Moon Knight will appear in Black Panther Wakanda Forever. That's where T'Challa goes when he restores his powers of the black panther and where he meets with his family including his father. Taweret confirming other afterlife's coexist. People of Asgard who where killed go to Valhalla. Steve Rogers and Matt Murdock believing in the same God. It's so funny and cute seeing Taweret's ears flapping. Layla doesn't know Marc's mom is dead. She even said "so you guys are talking again?" We can't rewatch Moon🌛 Knight the same anymore. Especially when Steven is talking to his mom's voice mail. So much to share, so little time lol
