Season 2 episode 6 of The Mandalorian - Fennec showed Din her stomach mods when she was explaining why her and Boba were working together. Also, Trandoshans hunt and enslave Wookies (Steve mentioned the animosity during the episode). That's why BK bashed 'em. Oh, the rat catcher droid. It's a service droid called BNI-393 (aka Bunny) that appears in The Clone Wars. And yep, she works for Boba now.
