The writing and acting of this show gets praised a lot so I'll just mention how amazing the set design and filming is such as the storm scene where you feel like you are on that ship, swaying in the ocean. And the sound design, when a cannon goes off on this show, it sounds like a f'ing cannon going off. And the score of this entire series is perfect.

Oh for me Vane is SOOO hot, I can’t stand Dufrense like he is acting all bad ass like for real dude chill your testosterone down. Flint is level 300 IQ through every season I swear that man is the ultimate genius & I 100% agree with other commenters Season 2 shocked me so many times it is an exceptional show!!!!
