Yeah, these aren't special effect edits in post, they're real-time edits to how the game operates. The Thomas train engines replaced instances and cut scenes where dragons were supposed to be setting things on fire, Randy the Macho Man Savage replaced a ride-able horse, things like that. All sorts of software guys make and share packages that other people can download. Whoever plays the game can pick and choose what mixes of packages they install and play with. So whoever did this video downloaded a crazy mix and narrated the ensuing shenanigans.
