Lewd WIPs & Small Eroge Update (Patreon)

Happy late thanksgiving everyone! We used to celebrate it here in the Philippines too but stopped because of political reasons. Anyway, I'm not here to talk about politics, let's talk about lewds and eroges!

First of all, I'm sorry for those who were looking forward to the Eroge update. I simply couldn't make it. Basically what happened was I got so into making new brushes while I was painting backgrounds and neglected other stuff (putting assets to renpy, directing the script etc). It probably took me a good few days until I was satisfied with my brush experiments.

Here are two BGs I've painted with the brushes (the lower one is a WIP). These are early locations you'll explore in the eroge. They're obviously forests but they are inhabited by some monsters :3

Gotta say though, creating brushes for the BGs was worth it because it forced me to think about stuff I don't usually tackle in my usual pinup illustrations. Things like randomizing brush tips (for leaves, dirt bumps, bark, textures, etc) to create a more organic looking stuff without painting everything by hand. I think it will save me time in the long run so spending days just experimenting with brushes was worth it.

I'm skipping the next eroge update as well because one, I don't have much to show and two, I want to finish the test build by the end of the month for Contributor Patrons. I know you guys are tired of hearing this by now: I keep setting deadlines and I keep missing them but believe me, having deadlines actually help me be productive and on track. I do want to actually finish whatever I set for a deadline/goal but there's a limit to how much stuff I can actually do in a week.

My point is it's a good thing, so I wanna keep setting deadlines & goals but I'll try to set more realistic goals in the future (since I'm starting to grasp how much work I can realistically do in a week.) This means my December 14 demo deadline is likely going to be pushed back. I still want to release a public demo before 2019 though and I'll make it happen one way or another haha.

Anyway, I needed a break from background art so it's the perfect time to do Vert/GH lewds. I find threesome scenes actually really hard to draw so I'm simplifying the drawings haha. 

Here's a sketch for Vert's set to end this post (might actually remove Green Heart because I just squeezed her in to make it a threesome).
