GURPS101: Wildcard Races (Patreon)

As foretold by prophecy "On the breaking of the keys and their reformation the great codex shall appear and instruct the hero in the ways of its wisdom." Today's a two-fer for patrons. First up is "Wildcard Races" an idea I've had for a while that I originally slatted for Pyramid, but I don't like stuff sitting in the slushpile (there is no slushpile). Why have it sit when I could get it up on Patreon and submit MORE material to Pyramid? Anyways, it's fairly obvious: What would a "wildcard" race look like?
