GURPS Martial Arts codifies fighting styles in an easy to use block. Most of the book is based on real world martial arts with a few "fantastic" styles in a separate section. Here is a fantastic style I'm using in my wuxia campaign "Ten Thousand Jade Petals" for some of the diplomats in the campaign.
