The new After the End book 1 is out started a long-awaited series. I've yet to do an in depth review (mostly because there have been a ton done already), but one thing I really liked as I looked at the book was PK's "Long-Term Fatigue" mechanic. It's simply brilliant. It gets rid of one of the things that's always been annoying for me when it comes to running GURPS games: How to track the nitty gritty without it getting itty writty (I know, I'm sorry - just work with me). So as always, I add on a little bit extra when I found a ruleset I like.

So the wildly anticipated and long awaited GURPS After the End by +Pk Levine is finally out. +Douglas Cole has a review up here that's rather good. But I want to concentrate on one particular aspect of the book: Long-Term Fatigue Points. The concept is simple: don't eat, don't sleep, don't drink, etc.
