One of the topics given when I asked for thoughts on what should be posted on my blog was "sin-eating" - the practice of devouring the evils of a person. So I ran with it. Here is how you gamify a sin-eater in GURPS.

GURPS101: Sin-Eating | Ravens N' Pennies

Sin-eating is a practice that goes back for hundreds, maybe thousands of years. In essence, a sin-eater takes all the wrong-doings and evil acts a person has committed into themselves. This is typically done after the subject dies, but before they die is possible as well.

I’m curious as to how the players have used sin eating in your campaign. Is it something that just comes up or does it require some plot point?

In Ceteri - which is where I have sin-eating - I keep track of the good and bad things that players do. The litany of their sins, if you will. It doesn't matter in the game so much - some monsters will react differently, but that's it. But when your character dies it will matter and the PCs must roleplay that
