I keep chewing this one over. In the context of your campaign is Jesus a nephilim? His father was an angel. The question is does it really matter but, depending on the answer, it could be potential areas of conflict. Secret sects, division within the heavenly host, hidden or banned texts; all could be possible.

That's an interesting question. The answer is no. Jesus is literally the son of God. The idea that he's a good nephilim is interesting, but the nephilim have been canonically bad guys for the most part. Even the not so bad ones are kind of jerks - and Jesus was kind, compassionate, and caring. It's better if I leave his origin as stated in the bible. But still. Neat thought.
