Nazi Occult powers and rituals. One would be something on the tactical level -- these could provide straight Tactics bonuses, or give Luck to a large group (platoon/squad) or work from the political angle -- like 700,000 people at an outdoor Nazi spectacle. The blood flag, swastika cult, Hitler youth, etc. Triumph of the Will type stuff. Of course, the Soulburner engine is also over-looked. How would you do that in RM?

Soulburning engines for tanks or land ships. Need to move the artillery land ship to the front? Line up a whole French village and march them into the holding pens in the belly of the beast.... Necroscopes for MGs and squad weapons. Sturmtruppen with Lighten spells on steel body armor, with runes activated by touch for things like temporary invisible and missile shield. American Indian code talkers who turn into battle raging lycanthropes with tomahawks and up-sized Colt 1911s. Mutant demonic war horses, with heavy metallic scales and six legs, wearing gas masks and drinking petrol for a recharge. Hooves with velociraptor style hooks. Cavalrymen in armor, with bullet resistant shields, wielding heavy blades decked out with engineer's serrations. Zeppelin sky bases which deploy silent winged battle dogs, gliding down behind the lines in packs so thick they blot out the moon. Self-deploying spools of enchanted barbed-wire which weave and slither into position. Dueling voices in the night, chanting priests and pagan clerics, carrying across the battlefield
