As a Content Creator on Patreon, I find Patreon's management tools and notifications at times a bit lacking.

One particular area that seems to have a bit of a blind spot is Patreon notifying me when a patron returns after a long break or if a patron's monthly billing fails at the start of the month (expired cards etc.) but goes through later.

Often the only way I am aware is if the system generates me an email and then I have to check it.

So I'd like to ask that any patron that either returns after a long break or an existing patron that is billed late (say the 2nd half of the month) please contact me about your rewards if you've not heard from me within 48 hours.

I'm not ignoring anyone or being lazy, it maybe that I'm not aware of you re-joining or being billed late.
