Alex kissed Thom to save Nikita's life. How awkward for Thom lol. Okay, i'm serious now. The thing with this show is that it won't exactly TELL us our characters' motives and feelings, etc. But it will SHOW us these things through facial expressions and dialogs, etc. So i can't truly answer you if Alex's kiss was genuinet. But i think it was. She told him "be careful" and it was very sweet. Now you met Ari Tasarov. He is an interesting character. And honestly i want to say that i love the "bad guys" of this show. Percy, Amanda and now Ari. The way they are written doesn't make us hate-hate them. I mean, yeah, they are bad, and we should hate them. But i'm talking about the different kind oh hate. For example, Warren from Buffy. He is disgusting and it's hard even look at him. But these three, on the contrary, attract the eye. They are smart and have their motives. And i love this. Also Alex was rude to Thom at the beginning because of what he did to that girl. Wanted to clarify just in case :)
