God this episode is so intense! I've said it already, but I'm really impressed by how this show approaches its material—Kilgrave would be a super interesting villain with his fancy powers alone, but they choose to hone in on the psychological burden of having someone like that in the world and obsessed with you. It's difficult to imagine someone having his powers and not being a psychopath, since getting everything you want all the time isn't really the best way to develop empathy for other people. And David Tennet's performance especially in the police precinct scene is so eerie. I mean, I have a crush on David Tennet and his delivery still makes my skin crawl.
