There has been a rush of new patrons after our recent message asking for your support. And we are so, so grateful. We have been making this show for almost 8 years, but we don't frequently get to interact with any of you directly. It's the nature of podcasting. We make a thing, throw it out into the world, and anywhere from a day to 7 years later you listen to it. That relationship is real, but inherently disconnected.

It isn't until moments like these, when we ask for help and you give it, that we really get a full sense of all of you. Thank you so much. It means everything to us.

-Joseph

Thank you for helping to keep us sane in these uncertain times.

You've done so much for me, without even knowing I exist. Nightvale has gotten me through the darkest points in my life, with comfort and positivity, and a reminder that however dark it is, at least I don't have to deal with Strexcorp or hooded figures. I owe you so much more than the $10 a month I can give. Thank you

Nightvale is a second home to me, and I look forward to every visit I'm able to make. Thank you so very, very much for this show, and I hope you all are keeping well amidst a very difficult time. <3

You've been a comforting podcast since 2013 for me and anything to keep you in my ears is worth it. Can't wait to see you on tour when this is all over <333

I started listening to Night Vale in my first semester at community college back in fall of 2014, and I'll be graduating with my Bachelor's Degree next month, and I start grad school in September. Night Vale has always been a constant throughout this up-and-down journey for me, and I'm so thankful for the creators and she show.

I attended a science fiction convention several years ago and wore a "Faceless Old Woman" costume. I found a mask that was a silvered dome, a grey 'Thomas Jefferson' wig that I pinned up in a bun, and a yellow pantsuit with palm trees embroidered on it. (Think Sophia on "The Golden Girls".) The convention was the week after the mayoral election, and I was invited to speak at a panel about Night Vale, and ranted about how I had been cheated out of office, and I knew all of their dirty secrets. It was a hoot!

I started a relisten from the beginning when this all started (on ep. 43 now) and it's helped so much. Love y'all and can't wait for the rescheduled tour <3

Hello! I'm no-one important, but I did want to say "Thank YOU, WTNV". WTNV remains my #1 podcast, and whenever I feel like I can't deal with anything anymore or at those times when I'm so anxious I can't even think, Cecil's narration of the little mishappenings that take place in our friendly desert community act as my tether to reality. So really, thank you for creating this little oasis and continuing to expand it every fifteen days <3

Just joined up. I can't give much, but you guys have given me so many years of entertainment, comfort and escapism. I'm happy to give a little back.

Night Vale has honestly gotten me through some of my toughest times. It means so much to me and I don’t know where I would be without Night Vale as my One Consistent Thing to keep me going. Thanks for all you guys do!

I started listening to Nightvale my senior year of high school based on the recommendation of my best friend who had moved away. She became so depressed and disconnected that year but we stayed connected in some ways from this podcast. We saw Nightvale live (All Hail the Glow Cloud) in NOLA and it really changed my life. Nightvale is a constant source of comfort when I can not sleep, entertainment, and frequently keeps me awake during long night drives. Thank you so much for everything you do. I now have my Master's degree and have been through some of my best and worst times but Nightvale has always been there. I wish I could donate more (and one day I will). This truly is the best podcast ever.

I also live near Pensacola, like Ashley. I am hoping that the pandemic will end soon and the show will be able to go on 💛

2023-05-18 22:37:23 I used to listen to it a fair amount in ye olden days but the random nature of the of the pacing made it challenging. Sometimes we'd get plot-episodes and sometimes filler and there was very little rhythm to it. My new job involves a lot of assembly line type work, so we're allowed to listen to music with headphones, but that bores me fairly quickly so I thought "Why not catch up on Nightvale." I have to say I really appreciate the changes in pacing. Having plot related episodes back-to-back makes for much easier listening and its become very engaging. That last arch with the lost airplane was very moving and I'm proud to support the show. <3

We bought tickets to one of your shows that will probably be cancelled, but we want to support you and the work you do, so we DO NOT want a refund. Are you issuing some kind of refund automatically? If so, how best can we get that money back to you?
