The Stupendium 2021 Recap Reward Mug (Patreon)

Hello everyone!

I hope you are all well! I wanted to post this to address an issue a small number of Patrons have been having with the recent round of Patreon merch rewards.

A couple of people have contacted me over the past few weeks to say that their '2021 Recap' mug has printed poorly.

This is likely a result of the very fine linework in the design, meaning even a slight misalignment in the printing process can result in some of the lines being hard to see or disappearing. This is entirely my fault for not taking this into consideration and it is a mistake I will certainly learn from!

I sincerely apologise if your mug has been affected by this error and I want to make it right.

If you are unhappy with the mug you have received please let me know, send me a DM with a picture of your mug and I will do what I can to make this right. Either via a refund on your pledge or a gift card for the merch store so you can purchase a mug of your choosing (or anything else from the store!)
