Art of Darkness - Art Assets Batch 2! (Patreon)

Second batch of Art of Darkness art incoming! Here's all of the character art from the song's second verse.

The Butcher Gang here are another set of drawings that I did way back when I started the video and they sat half finished for the best part of a year. These guys are great fun to draw, but then again villains always are!

These are merged versions of the characters as in the video they are actually each made up of a whole bunch of layers to get a bit of depth to them. The effect is pretty subtle (subtler than I had planned) but I think you can see it most on Striker as he hangs above and in Fisher's head being much closer to the camera. (I kept fisher's head and fish separate here too as they don't actually have a 'string' the string was added digitally in 3D to connect the layers in after effects!)

In addition I've included the whole crowd of Lost Ones art I did for the video. I had planned to only create a few of these but as I began to build the scene the repetition of them began to get too obvious so I ended up with 13 of them in the end! Some of them have devolved almost completely to ink, melding into one-another. It's not something you really see in game but it was a fun and interesting idea for me to draw regardless!
