This one I went full test mode, generated the main pose using this https://civitai.com/models/531058?modelVersionId=590148 then edited her face on PS

After that I REMOVED the pose LoRA (yes you read that right) to see if it would still work...and it did!

Then I used the Masking gimick to generate the artwork, one BREAK for her, one BREAK for her panties, and one BREAK for his hand, and just like that Pony understands it without breaking a sweat.

Why remove the LoRA? LoRA's either degrade the quality of your render or change the style completly, besides character LoRA's you should have avoid then like the plague.
