Quick Patreon issue Fix! (Patreon)

By the looks of it all you need to do is resubbing to the 5$ tier (if you were on 10$ tier)

Cancel your current pledge and then pledge again, and then after a few minutes(or even untill tomorrow) and all posts should be unlocked again, kinda dumb that you have to do that but it is the only fix for it.
