Pokemon: A Watery Dilemma (Patreon)

Misty returns to Pallet Town to pay Ash a visit, but it's only his mother Delia at the homestead. What she expected to be a short visit ends up being longer after Mother Ketchum gives the gym leader a Rare Candy that changes her into a Pokemon! She has her fun with the mutated Misty, but the tables soon turn on her.
