A year after the split from Mary Jane, Peter had started dating Felicia Hardy, aka Black Cat. But between his nostalgia for MJ and her love of Spidey over Parker, the Black Cat breaks into Fisk's manor, where she intentionally gets herself trapped just to see what the fuss is about.

Basically. I also theorize that for the most part, those offended by NTR are putting themselves in the shoes of the wrong person: aka they see themselves in the chuck's shoes rather than the bull's.
