Day 1: Today marks the first day of my goat milk workout. Apparently, it has more protein per serving than cow's milk so hopefully I should be packing on the muscles soon enough.

Day 2: I can already feel it working! I feel much more energy already! I have been getting extra reps out of each of my sets without even tiring. I feel like I could keep going for hours.

Day 3: Today is cardio and I usually jog only about five miles but today I doubled that while running! My legs are looking stronger already, my thighs are swollen with muscle and my glutes feel more powerful!

Day 7: It's only been a single week and I can lift twice my standard weights, my pecs are so big now they are visibly bulging through my shirt. I had to start wearing tank tops to support them because they're so large now.

Day 10: It's cardio day again but for some reason, I've wanted to climb as of late so I decided to climb as many stairs as I could in an hour. The number was almost as impressive as my thighs and ass which are massive enough that I've started wearing compression shorts to keep everything in place.

Day 14: Two weeks in and I've started to notice other changes besides my growing pecs and glutes, my hair has lengthened significantly and every time I get it cut it is almost the same length the following morning.

Day 16: My arms look smaller yet despite that, I can hold my entire weight with a single hand. My chest is big enough that I've started wearing sports bras to support it but it's well worth the results.

Day 20: I've been too focused I haven't even noticed my junk looks smaller. I've concluded that it must just be because of how large my thighs are now. I've also discovered how comfortable leggings are when working out, guess women had that figured out.

Day 25: Same progress as always except when I was cutting my hair I broke my scissors on a strange growth coming from my head. I'm getting a bit concerned but for some reason, I want to keep going. It'll probably sort itself out in time.

Day 28: I caught a glimpse of an attractive girl in the locker room today, it wasn't until I approached her did I realize it was me! How could I not have noticed until now just how feminine I looked with my clothes and figure. I thought about going home but I was already here so I decided to just go about my normal routine.

Day 31: I was in the shower when I touched my pec and was instantly aroused. I should probably start calling them what they actually were now, breasts. I had grown large breasts and a peachy ass because of the goat milk. That's not even to mention that I had goat horns now. I finally stopped lying to myself when I found out I no longer had the right equipment to pee standing up. It didn't matter however, I am happy now and am in the best shape of my life, In fact, I'm on my way to the gym now.
