To answer your questions; 1.) Nezuko's been able to shrink since ep2! Its how she fits in the box Tanjiro carries around. 2.) You missed it, but Hashira is the highest rank of demon slayer! They're currently the 9 strongest demon slayers. (and we've met retired/former Hashira, like both Tanjiro and Zenitu's masters. Its an incredible feat and very impressive) and yes, each Hashira has a different type/category due to their breathing technique/what kind of swrodsmanship they practice. Tomioka is the Water hashira because he uses water breathing which his master taught him and then later taught Tanjiro. It's also to note, in the final battle with the spider demon, Tomioka said "water breathing, 11th form", which shock Tanjiro- because to his knowledge- water breathing has only 10 forms! Which means Tomioka developed more forms on his own, which is really impressive! 3.)Yes, the " master " of the demkn slayer Corps is blind. The two little girls helping him guide him. He has an illness of some sort that is spreading, he wasn't always blind.
