This kind of WAS the finale/last arch of season 1. Also for the 12 kizuki, there's 6 lower moons and 6 upper moons. This guy is lower moon 5- so basically the 11th strongest demon. (Besides Muzan). Also yes, the reason of Zenitsu's hair color is kind of silly. But getting hit by lightning isn't the reason why he has lightning powers. Its because he was taught thunder breathing by his master (aka Grandpa, who's not his real grandfather but the closest thing to family he has.) Tanjiro uses water breathing, same as Giyu (quiet cool guy who showed up with the butterfly lady, they're both Hashiras- which is the highest ranking of demon slayer) because he sent him to get taught by his master way back in episode 1.
