28:22 i agree! i'm ot5-biased (beomgyu being an ult bias for me) and i personally get, and LOVE, txt's dynamic as a whole and i would never choose to change it bc that's just how they are and it works but, like you, i also hope idols don't think they need to hit high notes to be a great singer bc, i mean, at the end of the day, it's STILL subjective to each person on whose voice they love and it has nothing to do with how great of a singer an idol is bc you could be the best singer out there but not everyone will like your voice, and that has nothing to do with the idol but, again, it's simply a subjective opinion for each listener and that's just how art is.
