I think to answer your question of why XG’s energy is “soft and mannered” compared to other groups, at least my guess, is that XG feels more natural like that is how they really are without the cameras. Cause with other groups “who try to be funnier”, you can tell they’re doing it for more content and memes. Whereas XG feels more like they’re just gonna enjoy the moment and forget the cameras are rolling for the most part. The funny moments just come out more naturally rather than forcing a joke at least that’s my own take on it. I also think it may be with how Japanese culture is??? I’m not sure on that part but I feel like it plays a role.

It's still amazing to me that the beef rice came out good - Hinata seemed so unsure about what she was putting together. The shuttlecock game was pretty funny - I kind of wonder why Jurin suggested it given how none of them seem to have every done it before. I guess that's what made it a good deciding activity - if all of them knew how to do it, the game might go on a long time, but if only some of them knew how to do it, it wouldn't be very fair to the others. Hard to believe 3 Meals a Day just came out this spring in the gap between Shooting Star/Left Right and all of their international performances and the NEW DNA releases - their days must be so packed at this point.
