yeah countdown era was also when donghae injured his knee so hes extra stressed (he took painkillers to dance :/) there's a documentary for this (1st and 2nd part for their solos, 3rd part for the album/zero) that mentioned their rough times while preparing this cb. this era will always be bittersweet to me bc they prepared so much and i wish we couldve given them more in return. i hope they'll be in much better health for the next dne cb! love the absolute mess they made with the dalgona lmaoo

Lol donghae asked more than once when people guested on d&e show if their company had a gym. i guess he wants sm to have one. I love Growing pains too and hyukjae said it’s still his favorite d&e song. there’s a mixed korean and japanese version and performance and i love it + i loved their hairstyles there😂. Unfortunately donghae was in knee pain for the whole comeback and only did the surgery this past january i think.
