Seungri is different than those situations because though not as guilty as the others in the situation he still was guilty on multiple charges by multiple judges. He should not be lumped in with people like Soojin because he actually is guilty. False accusations and rumors aren't the same as someone committing multiple offenses and being jailed and fined. and it's not an American case or an American citizen...why would the American legal system mean much of anything at all. The American legal system is just as bad as Korea's. Basically, I'm trying to say that innocent people and situations revolving unproven or false school rumors should not be grouped with someone who was actually charged with crimes and someone who was indirectly and directly involved with a horrible situation. Yes, the industry has an issue with jumping the gun on rumors but Seungri wasn't just rumored...

Ok well you clearly haven’t followed the case he wasn’t found guilty of the crime at all actually involving the women but in Korea the judge can still sentence you if he believes you’re guilty that’s why I said even though American system sucks at least it requires beyond all reasonable doubt to sentence someone and there’s tons of doubt that’s why he wasn’t found guilty of it but judge is gonna judge so nothing can be done I’ll admit he should have came forward as soon as he found out about it but he wasn’t involved in it at all saying he was is a blatant lie there’s zero proof the investigation turned no evidence so unless you know something I don’t and the police don’t why don’t you show them this supposed evidence because Korea has been trying to go after yg artists for years and no evidence interestingly enough now they’re trying to say yg is running a prostitution ring but that would be pretty easy to figure out and if all these people know about it how come nobody has come forward previous female idols of yg or anyone except outsiders with vendettas yg might suck himself but the company definitely isn’t doing prostitution if they were it’s easy to find out plus companies like universal wouldn’t get connected with them because I’m sure a company as big as universal would investigate everything from their financials to partners everything before getting in business only thing that company or seungri is guilty of is not coming forward sooner about the crimes involving Seungri but as clearly stated he wasn’t involved people running his company were in a group chat together and they were running the whole thing the fact his members stuck by him the whole time is just another reason I’m on his side until someone shows me evidence
