Yes BTOBRV familyship (is what they call themselves on show) is still going strong. BTOB is one of the few male idols that RV (especially Irene) is comfortable and openly supportive with in public. But in general a lot of BTOB members are friends with female idols. So it’s understandable that RV feels comfortable and open with BTOB. BTOB are just really friendly guys who you can get along with l easily. Even until this day Joy and Sungjae has said good things and cherish their WGM days. Of course nowadays it’s difficult for male and females idols to openly interact especially simple because of fans. Joy and Sungjae shot WGM in summer of 2015, this was Joy’s first solo reality show with a male idol. So she was very nervous (even if it doesn’t show) and Sungjae was much more experience with doing these reality shows. So he really guided her and looked after her well since it was her first time. They actually did audition for WGM.. and when the PDs of the show saw Joy’s audition, they felt that she would match Sungjae well and they were right. Perfect match! Also, like I said there’s those kind of possessive fans or haters that would drag both Joy and Sungjae being on this show. Joy getting the worst of it, so that explains why Sungjae at times seems reserve and holds back. Yes, he is more of a conservative romantic and quite old school romantic. He doesn’t say much, but his actions and his eyes say it all. He is patient and takes it slow, while Joy is very straightforward and affectionate. She can get quite impatient at times, but they balance each other out in that aspect. But yes Sungjae was being extra careful in the earlier stages because they were both aware of the negative comments from fans. Obviously, you can see them getting closer with each episode and eventually Sungjae and Joy became a very well loved and popular couple. So it worked out in the end anyways. Also, nope..that’s their house for as long as they’re a couple in WGM. They meet up and stay there probably 2-3 times a week. So that house will always be a key place where they film.
