I've decided to go with the concept of skipping some of the behind the scenes with groups I don't vibe much with BUT still watching the performances. It just depends on the groups! Hope no one is too mad at that lol. This way I can try to squeeze bonus episodes :)

On the bonus episode Boys Planet 13 which is more a commentary of the final debuting members with things that happened in Boys Planet, there was a segment where they mentioned the stages they wished to have performed and Ricky said Love Killa then pointed out it was Jiwoong who pushed him out haha. Also, spoiler but in the behind the scenes of Ep 6/7 video, Hao spilled that the actual reason why Hanbin chose Tomboy was because he wanted to perform with Hao lol imagine the undisputed best dancer on the show choosing to perform Vocal/Rap because of another person, Haobin shippers fluorished during this Tomboy era for a reason. Yeah, unfortunately, there was a lot Gyuvin hate when this show was airing. It was terrible. I remember avidly defending him online back then. 🤣

A theory behind the mysterious handprint is that it could've possible came from one of the girls on Girls Planet since they used the same dorm. I believe BTOB Minhyuk's solo stuff is credited under the name Huta. I think its because there are at least 3 active "Lee Minhyuk" in the music industry (BTOB, Block B, Monsta X) so in order to avoid confusion, his solo stuff is under the name Huta though people do just address him as Minhyuck. Hui and Gyuvin's bond on the show is was precious. Actually Hui with everyone was adorable. But he seems to particularly like Gyuvin and I'm still waiting for them to reunite on stage. So there's a lot of different strategies these guys can go with when it comes to picking a song and pushing someone out. They can push someone out that they think 1. Is the weakest skill wise 2. doesn't match the song's concept 3. someone they wouldn't work well with 4. would do fine in another song 5. they're similar to and can fulfill their role 6. is too strong/good and might overshadow them within the group. I think in Ricky's case, he pushed Jongwoo out because Jongwoo fits Monsta X perfectly and is seen as a potential threat to him. Anyways, theres many more reasons why the guys chose to push out certain people. It is a game that mostly benefits the higher ranking guys but also a bit of luck, because if the lower ranks happen to pick the correct song, they may not get moved at all. Krystian is Chinese. But he was part of an global group called "Now United" (idk if he's still in that group) and studied in the US for a bit so he is fluent in English. Aww don't skip over "Not Spring, Love, or Cherry Blossom" group! They're precious and will surprise you! IChan CAN sing, he was sick during the last performance which is why he fumbled so badly. BTW he was on I-Land (Jaebom at the time), idk if you knew that. PREPARE YOURSELF FOR THE HAOBIN MOMENTS DURING THIS ROUND. This is when the HaoBin ship really took off. xD Idk if you noticed but in "Zoom" each guy starts their rap with the last words of the previous guys' last words. Like Ollie ended with "Ollie Wonka Gotta Go" and then Hyunbeen started his lines right after with "Gotta Go..." maybe thats why it all sounds so seamless? Jay and Jongwoo's bond is another precious one that formed on this show. And yes, they're allowed to change the choreography and lower the song. Actually part of the mission is for them to rework the existing song/performance and make it their own. So for Vocal/Dance category they have to rearrange the song and create new choreography. The other guy in Love Killa is SeoWon. You actually pointed him out during the ZB1 guide. He's currently part of the group Nine.i

Suggestion for skipping. Maybe instead of skipping certain behind the scenes, watch them in 2x speed? This way you don't have to waste too much time on certain groups but still get the gist of whats going on for context and cute moments, plus who knows, someone else might catch your eye in those.

There are some cute trainee interactions throughout every performance (the episode ones with the commentary) if you'd ever like to go back and see!

people who went to watcj boys planet stages live have said gyuvin's stage presence and dancing really isn't captured well by cameras and they thought he was the killing part! he also was just extremely popular in korea throughout the show :) it was hell being an international fan though because global watchers did not like him lmfao it was hell

if you followed jiwoong when he was in inx and later you would know that he's definitely not the "least talented" :) if you're questioning why people voted for him, it was because there were a lot of people who dug up past stuff. same with hao and hanbin, pre debut and past stuff matters a lot when it comes to voting. because boys planet can only show so much. people who vote often like to see past performances to judge the talent. yes jiwoong said he used his "body" but i think u should take it a little lightly because he said it lightly.

i know its frustrating that they dont focus on "improving" the candidates who are not as good, but its just a "competition", not a training show. thats why it would make sense for the already talented ones to be at the top.

just a little suggestion, maybe after watching the performances on YouTube, maybe go back and watch them again in the full episode to see the trainee/master reactions. These were some of the best moments in the show and it makes me sad you won't see them haha, so many iconic moments. (also my heart hurts that you skipped the behind the scenes of the ggang performance as a junhyeon 1 pick lol)

also as another comment said, the reason some trainees were so popular is because of past stuff being found, hell the reason majority of people watched the show in the first place was because of rickys PR video with his young and rich thing. basically I'm just trying to say to not only judge based on what's shown in the episode, fortunately we knew what mnets was like and were able to discover more abt the trainees without their input/lack of in some cases (eg ricky, taerae, jiwoong etc)

He's not above Yujin...if you dont count global votes the top 3 has been Hanbin/Yujin/Jiwoong. And including global votes Yujin and Jiwoong ranking is always changes to either. Plus people who voted for Jiwoong knew what he's capable of, just because the show used him as the visual and didn't really showcase his talents doesn't mean he wasn't talented. And you taking his comment about using his body in that one performance TOO literally,
