Im not at all surprised with this season. By watching the behind the scenes told me everything I needed to know. As a webtoon reader, I glad that they put changes in the anime. Look at tower of god, and dragonball super as examples of major changes and omitions.

tower of god had no major changes, the adaption essential was 1 to 1 with minor details skipped since they dont impact the overall story but ToG is all story and exposition in season 1.

Vague irregular explaination(anime) could be a power issue going forward. I know most if not all webtoons converting into anime with be getting a 13 episode first season to test the waters. At the end of the day, I just sit back and enjoy it for what it is.

I looked into it just to let u know that the changes were made by the creator of the manhwa he changed some things in the anime that he couldn’t do in the manhwa it wasn’t the studio that had the control over the changes that were made
