Will you be reacting to S2 Popo, since you at least seemed interested in the version done by 8Bit (the studio responsible for Tensei Shitara Slime datta Ken)? Edit: Also, for Tatsuya himself, he feels no condensed pain, as he doesn't NEED TO read the Eidos, as he knows his own Eidos already, since it's literally himself, and thus he can actually use it on himself even faster, as no reading is required, just executing the Magic Sequence.

Regrowth is one of the inherent abilities Tatsuya [Destruction & Recreation] was born with. Decomposition describing his Destruction ability while Regrowth describing his ability of Recreation.
