The reason why ray knows the lullaby is mentioned in the anime itself, you dont need to go read up on it. It's when Ray first mentions that he can remember everything from his baby time, he says "At first all I could hear was a lullaby" or something of the sort, and that's the only hint to it both in the manga and in the anime from what I can remember.

Just to make it clear, the "At first" would be referencing the time when he was still in her belly, not yet born.

But yeah, I so called it!!!! Ray being Isabella's biological son. I called it like halfway through the series.... I was soooo hyped when that shit got revealed in the finale like, daaammn, I got that shit right on the money.
