I'd say that as this point, the 10 eps of Shield Hero is way better then Re:zero. But its yet to see if its going to stay better with the 14 next ep because I really like Re:zero.

I Remembered that the Soldiers that want to fight at his Side not only ask him because some of them come from Lute Village, it was also because some of the Younger Knights and Wizards are Demi-Humans ( The Other Wizard is a Girl if you look closely, and a Demi Human too) and they are treated like shit even in the own Military ( the Knights Soldiers would use the Demi Humans as Cannon Fooder in the Waves ) so they asked him for joining his Party.

People are free to like what they want BUT there are animes that you cannot compare. The rise of the shield hero is waaay better. Re:zero is great but the shield hero is on another level.

Shield Hero.. but I may have a bias because I also read the novels. Now as for which is most meme-able.. Maybe Re:Zero is ahead, but in the wrong way.. Lets just say Rem best girl (in Re:Zero at least)!
