So I just wanted to get everyone up to speed on what I've been working on with Patreon. Today I've updated my Patreon tiers, and I think they look pretty good! But there is one major problem I'm having with part of this whole structure, that I think I can only resolve by adding a new tier.

Currently, there's a lot of content on this patreon. There's the Tatiana debut, there's the two biographies (that are going to be six), there's the four interviews (that are going to be six as well), there's the KMM Comic + unedited renders, the two fetish sets, and of course the links to my Affect3D releases.

All of this is available to someone at a single payment of $15. Obviously that is not fair to people who've been chipping in for a longer time, and obviously it's insane value for money to the point that if I had this content sitting unpublished and I would decide to put it out there, I'd charge way more than $15. And of course it's only going to keep increasing with every passing month.

So here's what I want to do:

Patrons get what they are promised in the reward description. I'll keep that content up for a month, maybe two months, which should give everyone ample time to mash download links. This way if you're a monthly supporter, you get everything you're due.

Then, I want to add a considerably higher dollar reward tier. That one is essentially supposed to work as a store function. You pay a higher price in one go, get instant access to everything, and I would never expect anyone to remain a monthly supporter in that tier. It's the same idea as Puppetmaster's Hit & Run tier. In addition, anyone from a lower tier who's matched the price of that tier in lifetime support, is entitled to download links for anything they want from that tier. All it takes is a PM and I'll get you what you want.

Does that sound good? That way people can space out their pledges, where essentially the reward tier structure just becomes a system where you can decide how quickly you want access to certain content, and where you still get everything that's new that you're currently entitled to.

If somehow my explanation is confusing, I'm happy to explain more in the comments. But I just wanted to give a heads up and not pull this radical change on you guys overnight.

Basic question. We, who are with you from the beginning of the Patreon and members of 15$ tier... What the future for us? 🤔 🤔 🤔

Do ongoing $15 a month tier members still get everything?

thedude3dx

Yes! There's no extra content in the new tier. Only content I've already posted in the past. Let me put it simply: I'm going to tie content quantity to lifetime contribution. The new tier is simply a way to quickly boost yourself up to the lifetime contribution value I have in mind. If you've already been supporting me for a couple months, you should be well past the pricing I have in mind.

thedude3dx

Same as always :) You get everything. And since you've been with me from the start you're already going to be way past the pricing I have in mind for this new tier, so you're entitled to everything I'm releasing just as you've always been! All this new tier is about is making sure people aren't buying everything you've been supporting me throughout the months for at a bargain.

Sounds fair to me.

REALLY like the new banner! Any thoughts on adding a tier above the $15 Lust tier?

thedude3dx

Thanks! And beyond the one mentioned in the above post, no. Do you think there would be demand for like a $25 tier for regular monthly content?

So those who are in the Lust tier and have been for awhile, does anything change or do we keep cooking along like always? Then the newbies do the Hit & Run or stay in until they hit the magic number and get the goods? I'm just not clear about the future tiers. I think your fix above is the perfect idea, either pay a premium and get it all in one bang, or join monthly and buy your way into it all. Another way for adding a new long term Patreon would be for them to buy in 1st month for $--, reach 1st level they ask for download link, once a month. Each month they stay in over time period of say, 6 months, they get an additional monthly link for more content until they are current. Stay in after that and your fully vested Patreon worthy Lust tier content? With your catalog, it could take 10 months of premium payments, offer them 10% savings off buying content elsewhere or include bonus images - something - and once they reach the goal, Welcome Home You Horny Bastard, Breanna Gonna Show You Something Fun, congrats you're fully vested and it's a Very Privileged Club so don't go away. I don't know, that might be more complicated. What do you think?

Haha so you're on point for most of it. The price of the new Hit and Run tier is what the threshold will be for anyone supporting monthly to get access to all content. Obviously as Lust tier supporters most of you will be already past that threshold, and if you're not then you're still in the tier that builds up fastest towards it. Most important though is that in a practical sense, nothing changes for anyone in terms of exclusivity. There will not be sny content that will be exclusive to the Hit and Run tier. There will only be a stockpile of older content there. What it does mean is that there is going to be an expiration to download links. Everything I publish will be available for two months max, and then I move it into the Hit and Run tier. Two months should be more than enough time for any supporting patron to download what they're entitled to, and if from your life time support amount I can see that you've been here for as many months as the content is old, I can easily give you a download link for anything you've missed. I did think about multiple thresholds like you suggested but I think that'll become too hard to keep track of. But yes, all the Hit and Run tier will do is serve as a hoard tier where the stockpile is kept. Everything new is going to keep coming to the normal tiers just like it always has.
