Patreon Changes + Upcoming Affect3D release news! Please read, feedback wanted :) (Patreon)

So I've been waiting to find the right moment to talk about this, but I had a chat with Marie Fasolt yesterday so now's as good a time as ever :D

I've got two releases planned with A3D. One is for March 23rd, and one is for an undetermined date in June. For both sets, I will do early access posts here of part of the sets' content. I'm thinking somewhere in the 25-50% total renders range.

The March Release:

In March I'm going to do a Yelena + Tatiana release, with an actual storyline to support it. This is going to be a bit along the line of Kayla Meets Marcella, and maybe just exactly like it. I need to strike the right balance there, but either way it's going to be story-based with a LOT of explicit sex.

The June Release:

In June, All Our Secrets 2 is coming out! Yes, a full two years after All Our Secrets in which Mari and Marcella went at each other in a club setting, Marie and I are teaming up to deliver the sequel. The first AOS was honestly the product of failed ambitions. It was a nice enough set, but what I initially had in mind when I set out to produce it was far more than what I eventually created. I didn't have the skills and the knowhow to make what I truly wanted, but now I do.

Marie and I are going to sit down and co-write the story for it, as well as have a look at what other things she can contribute. Obviously she's a very talented erotic voice actress, so hopefully we can work something out in that area.

Again, Patreon supporters are going to get part of the content throughout production.

Beyond that, I'm going to be restructuring Patreon a little bit. It's not going to be a massive overhaul, but I do need to simplify the way I've setup my tiers, in terms of how I deliver my content. It's starting to get a bit confusing haha.

To give you an idea of where I want to go, I want to divide the 5/10/15 dollar tiers a bit more simply. I'm thinking something like this, but it's not final and input is very welcome:

$5 Desire Tier:

• Access to character biographies + unedited renders
• The monthly comic chapter
• A download link to a random older A3D release (2+ years) every month

$10 Craving Tier:

• The abovementioned
• The unedited versions of up to 10 renders used in producing the monthly comic
• A download link to my latest Affect3D release

$15 Lust Tier

• The abovementioned
• But all 20 unedited renders instead of 10
• A download link to my latest two Affect3D releases

From the look of this there are three clear changes the reward structure. The first is the character biographies one, that I moved down a tier to Desire. The reason for this is that there will only be as many biographies as there are characters. And while some might eventually require an update, or a character might get added, this isn't exactly monthly content. I want to create greater incentive for people to support me at a lower tier, and reduce the gap between content volume.

The second big change you can see is the quantity of A3D releases. I want to make more A3D releases available for higher tiers, but I also want to give lower tiers a chance at something good. If we're talking two years old as threshold for lower tier rewards, then there really is a whole bunch of good stuff in there. From All Our Secrets 1, to the Glam Gone Wild sets, to the Mari's Lingerie Obsession series by the end of this year.

The third change is a bit more hidden: namely what I'm not offering in the list anymore. Namely access to "polls and input on content direction." I want to make that more generally available. I want people to be able to vote on Patreon Exclusive comics, like the series I would do after KMM, as well as a new weekly feature I'm planning on introducing where I let people vote on which of my really, really old renders to remaster. I would make this available for all patrons.

Same with animation updates, those are going to come in faster and faster and I want to share them with everyone. I'm too excited about them myself, but I also realise that they're not necessarily considered a "reward" by most people. It's just... me talking about WIP stuff. I think I overvalued how interesting that would be.

Lastly, I want to re-evaluate content exclusivity. In other words, is there a point at which you guys would be ok with me compiling Patreon releases, or parts of Patreon releases, to be sold on Affect3D? My intuition says that a moratorium of a year on Patreon exclusives is fair, where I could for example sell the KMM comic pages, but keep the unedited renders exclusive. I also understand if some of you would feel like I shouldn't ever release it at all, however. I should probably do a poll on that but it's good to get some preliminary input here.
