So, I took a bit of a break this week. Needed one, to be honest. Had a lot of other stuff to take care of, and my apartment building is currently being renovated so I've had scaffolding crews and roof workers barging through all day, keeping me kind of distracted from work. I figured that rather than force the issue, I'd been wanting to refocus anyway so I decided to use the opportunity to take care of some other things and clear my head.

In the meanwhile, I did put out a few fun Breanna renders since I wanna continue working in that scene soon anyway, with Taylor and Jordan! So why not use the opportunity to crank out a few shots, which I'm sharing with all of you in this post. Fourteen shots total, with two variants of the same one at the end.

As for the animation update, here's good news: Kayla's texturing is DONE! Oh god, finally, right?

These are some screenshots that I got the other day from my buddy who's been working on Kayla in between other responsibilities. You might think "that looks kinda dull, it's just a poorly lit version of Kayla without hair", and you'd be right if it weren't for the fact that he's redone the texture maps to a higher definition, and they're all perfectly seamless. Improved boob geo for less map stretch, improved vagina geo for easier penetration, improved dick geo for better visuals that rely less on displacement and normal maps for definition.

This was the whole big deal all along. For the gens to be attached, improved, AND seamlessly textured. I didn't wanna animate with anything less than that. And now I have that!

So now the challenge is to start rigging her. That's going to be my job. I want to start doing that in August. July has to be about ending existing projects so I can make space for this. I think I can get a decent body rig together fairly quickly, but weight mapping it realistically and then also doing the facial rig will take more time and practice. That said, it's something I'm going to keep you guys up to date on as well, and I hope you'll enjoy watching me improve at this.

After rigging I'll have a poseable, animateable, render-ready Kayla. And when I have that, making an animation with her will be my top priority, because it's taken long enough. Nothing huge, I'm not immediately doing an equivalent to G4E, but like... something I can put out and say "this is a product". However, for now, not giving any ETA's. I still have to do normal sets too.

WOW she looks fantastic in her shiny pink lingerie, like a cross between latex and pvc.Love the idea of seeing Kayla animated, with your meticulous attention to detail she'll look fabulous.

It's legit one of my favourite scenes to render lol. It's so easy to put a few quick renders out in, and Bree looks so good. Might have to do Mari and Kayla too.

I haven't been really sure how to structure the way I'm adding my A3D releases to it. I could just flat raise the price of that tier to $300 and throw all the A3D releases in there, but the other option is creating a second $150 tier specifically for my store releases and putting em all in there. When I've decided, I'll update.
