Hello everyone!

Let’s jump right into this month's progress, shall we? We think you’re really going to love it...

INFINI-BOOBS!! 

Breasts now have a multitude of settings for you to tweak in order to achieve all sorts of shapes! From puffy nips, itti-bitty-tittis all the way to big milky jugs, and anything in between, we got you covered! We’ll also be adding the ability to change the colour and texture of the areola. The possibilities will be truly endless!

And... This wonderful assortment of boobies is finally possible thanks to a major bug fix!

Why this bug was so important to fix, and why we couldn’t ignore it.

No joke, this is the most important breakthrough we have done in the past 6 months! Without boring you with the details, FOR YEARS, Unity has had a major visual bug relating to scaling and translating the faces of a 3D skinned model at runtime and updating the mesh Normals and is still here today.

A typical game character rarely has to go through intense modifications like that so nobody has bothered fixing it, but because we are making a Character customization system with widely varying body types, this was giving us a ton of very unpleasant visual bugs.

The problem was most visible when growing and shrinking breasts, and would result in the skin looking wrong whenever anything was scaled, pretty much anywhere on the body. Because the appearance of the body is so fundamental to our project, we have been unable to move forward until this bug was solved...

BUT NO MORE! Through blood, sweat, tears and dumb luck Pinkalie has finally found a work around solution!! No longer will we have to deal with ugly surface normals when we deform our characters.

It’s not totally perfect, as there are still moments where we can see a bit of visual distortion, but it is NIGHT and DAY compared to what it was before! What do you think?

Thanks to this fix, not only do we have all the wonderful boobs shown above, but we will be able to move forward without limits when it comes to resizing other body parts and enhancing the character editor even further!

We are working on a more detailed info-post about the planned Alpha, as well as a new progress bar that we'll be including with each new update to give you a clearer idea of the production timeline. So keep your eyes peeled!

Another month, another long ramble session. Sorry for length Congrats on the bug fix quality of life suggestions Ability to set default height to match player character height or vice versa. Also certain small things, pubic hair existing or not ect. This is because I'm assuming that character cards will be swapped between other players and its kinda annoying to go into character maker to tweak things to personal preferences. Another good idea is a preset for preferred body figure types, hour glass, properly lean, muscly ect. i can give pictures if needed. Questions Who is the writer for dialogue if that has been decided upon and could we get some previews other than the voice clips so suggestions for tweaks could be suggested. Just in case a line doesn't really flow with people. Something that I've been curious about is are there going to be different settings other than the apartment? I know its has work into it being customizable and what not, but I'm just curious if any other locations are being though of. Interesting ideas Glowing tattoos, body paint, eyes, ect. Glow in the dark stuff and maybe something akin to a black light sort of thing A mountain cabin with snowfall through the window and a big roaring fire place, a beach cabana with the ocean right there, a secret beach cove, a castle bedroom, a magical lair of some sort with a bed surrounded with candles and other occult stuff off to the side maybe. Just some interesting ideas of fun locations Idea for inevitably cat girls and furry stuff A problem I've seen is what to do with the tails, the best solution i can think of would to have them pointed to the side when fun times are occurring or wrap around the body. Missionary either around the non player character or the player character, also we NEED the classic leg locking behind the back for a really intimate feeling. An idea for the title screen could be that the custom character welcomes the player home would be cute. I can think of some variants being normal welcome, slightly horny welcome, horny, VERY horny, and finally just them flat out masturbating on/in bed room followed by begging for the player to bang. The classic rose petal trail to the bed could also be used I think it should be said as that some people are going to just come for fun times and not for the story, which is a shame given what i understand of your design, but free play should probably just have the option to unlock everything. Maybe title screen option where you just jump them or something for flare. A stupid idea i had for the character creator is to have just a mannequin with no naughty bits for creators not wanting to be distracted. A stupid idea is to put a piece of paper with a funny face on the head. Humor could be included with the wifeu/husbando commenting on the creation "Ohhh, you into that huh?" type comments and maybe "Baaaaaby, I'm SO horny. Stop messing with that and let's make love~" Speaking about the char.creator, given how creative people can get making unique hair styles, a feature to set a custom hair style so it doesn't count as an accessory would be good for swaping to other characters. Basically the hair fragments accessories become one piece. An odd minigame idea i had was something like a cam show to make money/ the abilty to make a sex tape that could be watched on the in game tv. "Comments" that would appear on screen could be sourced from the community via a short run of a prescripted movie like thing that could be created and maybe put on pornhub or some site Issue in koikatsu where it perpetually aligns the models so when say cow girl is used on the bed, the players head rests at the foot of the bed and not the head. Its minor but it forces a realignment to where my preferred placement would be. Which brings up the idea for a preferred orientation for certain positions and a better system for repositioning where instead of doing it with the models which is finicky at best. I'll make a vid later for demo purposes if needed. non player character hand positions/ poses Double peace, grabbing pillow ect would be nice Orgasm face customization for characters, licking lips ect I also have some stuff for body type/ outfit that i will put in drive if you like. How to handle kinks A system I've seen is more or less have an option that says "Awaken X" where you get them close to orgasm then finish with the kink and it awakens for use later. Some fantastic ideas here Neko, thanks for sharing! I especially like the O-face customization ;) and Pink is all over the glowing tattoo idea! Now let’s address your questions. We do have someone who has written a first scenario draft, but our plans for the JOI system have evolved since then, and the scripts are no longer going to be linear! We’ll be showing this off in the next update, so stay tuned. We aren’t ready to add additional environments yet, but it’s definitely something we’d like to do. The modding tools should be powerful enough to allow people to bring in their own flavor as well. Thanks again for your wonderful ideas! Cheers, Robo and Pink
