Manca, baby and Patreon update (Patreon)

I'm glad to report that Manca and the baby are doing great. Nejc is now 4 months old and like every baby he keeps us busy and up at night :)

Manca is now on maternity leave for a whole year and we're all struggling. Despite hiring a new employee we are still short staffed.  Seems that this year will be even crazier than the last as we already have many projects planned and traveling every month.
To add to the workload we are now also expanding the gunstore and focusing on dealership and B2B sales.

All in all that's good for our company. We're growing and expanding but there is a lot of collateral damage. On of them is Patreon. I feel like we neglected our Patreon and communication with you guys because of sheer lack of time.
Manca was also managing the patreon lists and shipping rewards. Without her we managed to miss two deadlines to ship.

Now i am trying to fix this and you will all get double the stuff if possible.
But the reality is that i don't have enough time to handle Patreon as a full time thing. Hopefully we are able to find someone that will act as a community manager and remind us about stuff and force us to do more patreon interactions.

My goal is to revive our Patreon with better interaction, early access to videos, exclusive behind the scenes content, giveaways, challenges, play-togethers and regular meet&greets.

But here is where we also need your help - we need feedback and ideas.

The patreon Facebook group is dying because of FB algorithm - anything we post in there gets seen by only a couple of people out of almost 200.
One idea was to move completely to discord but that's not a naitive platform for me, so i have to know if everyone uses it and how often.
